Job Title: Supply Chain Associate

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

A growing Pharmaceutical manufacturer are looking to expand their Supply Chain team with the addition of a Supply Chain Associate. They are looking for an individual that is hard working and self- motivated to assist with all things Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound logistics, including transportation, customs clearance, and third-party storage. Ensure accurate documentation, manage invoices, reconcile paperwork, and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Participate in monthly supply chain planning meetings, assess demand forecasts, and support supply plan management. Generate purchase orders, coordinate inventory reconciliation, and manage product disposal and short-dated stock processes.
• Organize outbound logistics, including transportation and customs clearance, while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Prepare and process export documentation and manage serialization in compliance with industry regulations.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Strong administrative skills with experience using MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new IT systems and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in supply chain management or pharmaceuticals is beneficial but not required.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and anticipate challenges to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
