A Reading based medical diagnostics manufacturer is on the lookout for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join their fast paced, growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team performance by developing and tracking KPIs, ensuring compliance through robust controls.
• Oversee the final product release process and manage non-conforming products while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing.
• Supervise incoming quality inspections and in process quality control activities.
• Support internal and external audits to maintain site-wide compliance.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Ideally 3 years relevant technical experience.
• Previous line management experience.
• ISO 13485 and/or ISO9001 experience.
