A growing Medical Device company are looking to expand their Production team with the addition of a Production Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established market leader with an international reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production department by setting job expectations, planning workloads, monitoring progress, and evaluating results.
• Develop and execute production plans by scheduling and allocating tasks to staff, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Transition production workflows from linear assembly lines to zoned production cells.
• Create, revise, and maintain work instructions and product labeling.
• Perform internal bench testing and equipment calibration.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory and multifaceted role.
• Background working within ISO quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
• Proficiency in using power tools and assembly equipment.
• Experience in an SME environment is highly desirable.
