A well-established clinical trial site based in Florida is seeking a Clinical Research Physician / Principal Investigator to lead and oversee daily trial activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role demands a dynamic professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, is committed to participant well-being, and is dedicated to driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safeguard the medical well-being and safety of study participants by ensuring ethical and accurate execution of clinical trials in accordance with FDA, ICH, NIH, GCP, HIPAA guidelines, study protocols, and company policies.
• Provide overall site leadership with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Screen and evaluate participants to confirm eligibility for trials.
• Actively engage in participant retention strategies and contribute to successful study delivery.
• Foster positive and productive interactions with sponsors, clients, and team members.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in documenting data, participant information, and protocol adherence.
• Conduct protocol training for staff and maintain a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Represent the site at Investigator Meetings and participate in continuing education activities.
• Address protocol and participant needs as required to ensure study success.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with an active medical license in Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical research environment or equivalent educational and professional experience.
• Board certification required (internal medicine, family medicine, neurology, cardiology or nephrology etc)
