A Reading based cosmetic medical and pharmaceutical supplier is on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the efficient operation of inbound and outbound supply chains, ensuring timely, accurate delivery of goods.
• Manage the safe movement and storage of products across sites, adhering to GDP and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize supply chain processes, solutions and partnerships to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop reports and track key performance metrics, including delivery accuracy and transportation costs.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments and provide employee training.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Batchelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a facilities and health and safety management environment.
• Experience of workingin a GDP regulated environment.
