A pioneering Pharmaceuticals company, recognised for their salience in the market and forward thinking practice, are searching for a Head of CRM to be based in London, with the aim of enhancing long term success by aligning marketing technologies with customer value.
Head of CRM:
You will be able to create success in a dynamic environment, working closely with the broader agile digital marketing team to deliver perfected campaigns with creativity.
You’ll be working proactively in a role that is predominantly strategic in nature, overseeing all CRM activity and driving the retention strategy in parallel with company growth.
Head of CRM – Essential Experience:
The business values a detailed knowledge of CRM function and customer retention processes within the Pharmaceuticals sphere, and champions an energetic marketer, eager to drive success via hands on leadership.
In return you will receive a salary between £45,000-£55,000, excellent training and substantial performance bonuses. The interview process includes a telephone interview (30 minutes approx.) and two further video stages should you be successful.
