Clinical Research Site Director

An established clinical research site in New York is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Director to lead their growing team. This pivotal role involves driving performance, exceeding operational and financial goals, and ensuring smooth trial execution-all while prioritizing the safety and well-being of patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a dynamic, high-performing team culture by managing staff performance and ensuring completion of required training.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance research capabilities and outcomes.
• Lead patient recruitment efforts, working with external vendors to execute successful recruitment and enrollment strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining compliance with ICH GCP and company SOPs.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, sponsors, and CROs to support seamless collaboration.
• Drive business growth through strategic development initiatives and expansion opportunities.
• Oversee financial processes, including budgeting, reporting, and invoicing, to ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain meticulous oversight of regulatory documentation to guarantee compliance with all standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in clinical research management at a clinical site
• Strong background in leading patient recruitment and retention initiatives.
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software for efficient management.
