Our established client is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join their fast-paced team. This senior leadership role is well suited for an individual with extensive experience in quality management within the construction sector, particularly in certification, testing, or inspection services. The role is remote, but occasional travel and overnight stays are required to meet with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the delivery of a technically robust, high-quality assessment service to customers.
• Manage a team of assessment and senior assessment managers while coordinating with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the accreditation decision-making process to maintain compliance and industry standards.
• Manage budgets, develop section-specific policies and procedures, and ensure adequately trained assessment resources.

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Strong experience working with standards such as ISO/IEC 17025 or ISO/IEC 17065, with a clear understanding of their role in building stakeholder confidence.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage the performance of technical and scientific employees.
• Experience in budget management and overseeing a remote-based workforce.
